TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PRODUCT & SERVICE FULFILLMENT

1. PROFESSIONAL & FREELANCE SERVICES

Service Hours: Requests for professional or freelance services are actively processed Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Booking & Financial Retainer: To secure your project slot and initiate work, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Nature of Goods: Digital products—including but not limited to eBooks, e-courses, and downloadable templates—are strictly electronic assets designed for your personal devices. No physical fulfillment or shipping is associated with these items.

Delivery Protocol: Upon successful checkout, your digital assets will be instantly delivered via email.

Troubleshooting: If your download link does not appear in your primary inbox, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders before contacting support.

3. COACHING & MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS

Scheduling: All coaching and mentorship sessions must be formally booked either through our integrated online scheduler or coordinated directly via email.

Payment Policy: To respect the dedicated time of our mentors, full payment is required upfront to confirm and lock in your scheduled date and time. Please read individual program descriptions for specific pre-requisites.

4. ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS & WEBINARS

Registration & Verification: Booking for virtual workshops, webinars, and training sessions follows our standard online scheduling and email confirmation process.

Financial Commitment: Tuition or entry fees must be paid in full prior to the event to grant you access to the session.

Technical Requirements: Attendees are entirely responsible for their own technical setup. To ensure a seamless, uninterrupted learning experience, please verify that you have a fully functional device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet) and a stable, high-speed internet connection before the session begins.

5. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Inventory & Sourcing: Products offered through this enterprise are either native to this platform or seamlessly integrated from our parent company’s inventory.

Shipping & Delivery: All physical orders are processed and dispatched at the earliest, most efficient window available to ensure timely delivery.

Customer Responsibility: To ensure complete satisfaction, please thoroughly review the specifications, sizing, and details within each product listing before completing your purchase. 

6. WHOLESALE ( IF ANY )

Product Availability Order fulfillment depends on stock availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you right away with an estimated shipping date.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Shipping & Warehousing

We offer shipping within Jamaica and worldwide, operating from two branch locations:

Branch #1: Jamaica Warehouse

Branch #2: International Warehouse (US)

Orders are shipped from either location, depending on stock availability.

Important Note for US Stock: If an item is only available in our US warehouse, you can receive it in one of three ways:

1. Ship it directly to your personal US shipping address/mailbox.

2. Request a Branch-to-Branch Transfer: We will clear and ship the item from our US warehouse to our Jamaica warehouse, then dispatch it directly to you.

3. Let us assist you! We can sign you up for a free, fully functional US mailbox to easily receive your orders.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery Information

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipping, not the date of purchase. We strive to fulfill all US orders within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends.

Please note that actual arrival dates may vary depending on courier practices, your location, and the items ordered. Multi-item orders may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

SHIPPING COSTS

How Shipping is Calculated. To find out your shipping cost, please WhatsApp us a screenshot of your cart along with your delivery address. Rates are based on order weight and shipping method.

Extra fees may apply for remote locations or oversized items. Applicable sales tax will be added based on your destination province or territory.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.

ADDITIONAL FEE DURING SHIPPING. 

International Customs & Duties For international orders, please note that your country’s customs office may charge import duties or fees based on the package's weight or value. Because customs policies vary by country, we cannot predict if or what you will be charged.

While approximately 90% of shipments pass through without any extra charges, the buyer (importer) is solely responsible for any customs fees that may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm if it qualifies for a replacement. Approved replacements will be processed and shipped within a few days.

REFUND

All sales are final. Payments for all products and services are strictly non-refundable once an order is placed.
